The heart of Connecticut, Hartford, is vamping up the city with new restaurants, more entertainment, and most importantly better housing. Many new developments are popping up in the city to attract people to move back and it is working! A new upcoming project has surfaced and Haz-Pros, Inc. is proudly to be part of the team!
Dakota Partners, Real Estate developer, is happy to announce that the historical vacant industrial building will turn into a new community for residents to enjoy. The project will start in September 2015 and Haz-Pros, Inc. will be the Environmental & Demolition Contractor for the project.
We could not be any happier to work onto this project and to tackle down any asbestos abatement, lead abatement, and demolition that is needed. Since we are a West Hartford based company, it is nice to see surrounding cities/towns redeveloping to better the community.
